* Collaborate with faculty members and public-private project partners in project execution;
* Lead and participate in cutting-edge research that advances the frontiers of Open RAN, wireless systems, edge and cloud computing, and rural broadband;
* Collaborate with students, postdocs, technical staff members, and public-private partners in research and funding acquisition;
* Publish research results in high-quality venues;
* Lead and participate in research funding acquisition activities, for instance, leading proposals to federal and state agencies as well as industry partners.

(02) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc summary/title: Postdoc Research Associate
The emphasis of this position will be food animal, although a primary bovine emphasis (focus on beef cattle) with exposure to other food animal species is possible. The primary roles of this position are to participate in the department’s ambulatory care unit and to assist in the instruction of veterinary students within the department’s professional program while acquiring the experiences necessary to achieve board certification. Responsibilities will include being on-call and providing emergency services.

(03) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc Research Associate – Swine Medicine Education Center
The primary responsibilities of the Postdoc Research Associate include teaching, applied research to support Swine Medicine Education Center objectives, and clinical practice including field investigations supporting veterinarians and swine producers in the United States. The pursuit of specialty board certification is expected. The position will be involved with clinical instruction of domestic and international veterinary students.
This position is at the center of swine medicine in the United States and would routinely interact with the Iowa State University Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, state and federal animal health agencies and most of the top pork producing companies in the U.S.
