(03) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoctoral researcher: animal models to study host-microbiota interactions
Advances in synthetic biology have provided the means to modify probiotic and commensal microbes to enhance their natural abilities and for drug delivery applications. We have different projects in our group using genetically engineered microbes to deliver therapeutics in situ. The focus of the present position is to evaluate the efficacy of microbiome therapies in animal models (mice and rats).
The project relates to a center grant obtained by the group to use synthetic biology to develop engineered bacterial therapeutics. The center comprises multiple groups spanning preclinical to clinical research and has as a goal to test these novel synthetic biology interventions in animal models and human clinical trials.

(05) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc in Hyperpolarized Magnetic Resonance
The aim of this project is to translate UV radical dDNP to the clinic. We have strong expertise with UV radicals for various projects. Specifically, we would like to make the method available for clinical and large animal research on our 3T clinical MR scanner and polarizer setup. This imposes many technical and scientific challenges from sample formulation to hyperpolarization. We study different precursors and sample formulations for generation of radicals with optimal DNP properties and good yield. The labile radicals require the sample to be handled in specific manners, and opens new opportunities by choosing quenching conditions and time point. In addition, we have many exciting, related projects ongoing, and you will be able to interact with many colleagues, e.g. for storage and transport hyperpolarized materials.

Nanomaterials and Nanobiosensors Group at DTU Health Tech invites applications for a postdoctoral position to develop molecular diagnostic assays for pathogen detection.
Fast detection of multiple pathogens in one go is critical in many regards, ranging from infectious diseases to food safety. Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc in CO2 storage simulation with focus on salt-precipitation
Centre for Energy Resources Engineering (CERE) at DTU Chemistry seeks a postdoc in connection with the ongoing research projects related to geological CO2 storage (in particular, the Greensand phase II project funded by EUDP Project Greensand ! CO2 Lagring). CERE is a cross-departmental centre (www.cere.dtu.dk), and the CERE group at DTU Chemistry is focused on high-pressure phase behaviour and other critical issues related to oil and gas production, petroleum processing, and carbon dioxide sequestration. The research activities at CERE, DTU Chemistry mainly involve experimental measurement and modelling of phase equilibrium and thermophysical properties at high pressure and development of efficient phase equilibrium calculation algorithms for compositional simulations.

Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc Fellowship in Microscopic Modeling of Na-ion batteries and Data-driven Electrolyte Design
The successful candidate should be able to develop a Machine Learning Force Field to study microscopic processes at Na-ion battery anodes (e.g., plating and striping of sodium and the eventual formation of dendrites). Another important aspect is assisting the experimental groups in the project in interpreting spectroscopic data (e.g., Raman, IR, XPS). In parallel, the successful candidate will carry out data-driven, high-throughput experimental activities for designing multicomponent battery electrolytes using machine learning and an autonomous robot. The aim of the experimental component of the position is to design electrolytes that provide the best balance between high performance, cost, and sustainability.
