(07) Postdoctoral Position
Postdoctoral position summary/title: This funded research project focuses on two viral systems-retroviral/lentiviral and SARS-Cov2. A major focus is studying the tethering of the Moloney murine leukemia virus (MLV) pre-integration complex with host chromosomes, and the subsequent integration events. Of particular interest is to define the structures of viral proteins and their complexes with host factors and nucleosome. The successful candidate will participate in projects combining solution-state NMR, CryoEM (at Rutgers Proteomics), bioinformatics, and other experimental data to produce 3D structures and provide structure function analysis of protein:protein and protein:DNA complexes.
