Eligible candidate may Apply as soon as possible.
(01) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Research Engineer in in situ sequencing
The main responsibility of the role is to work on projects for external users, but the position also includes internal research and development. The wet lab work includes processing tissue samples, performing ISS library preparation and ISS cyclic detection, as well as handling sensitive instruments such as fluorescence microscopes and the Xenium in situ platform. The office work includes image data processing/analysis and writing project reports.
Deadline : 30 September 2023.
(02) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc summary/title: Postdoctoral Fellow in Theoretical Physics
The successful candidate will primarily work on two projects. The first project explores dynamic behavior of quantum matter, quantum information systems (Q bits, sensors), quantum light matter interactions and entangled and hidden quantum orders. The second project explores computational modeling and materials informatics search for novel quantum states in materials using ab initio and machine learning techniques.
Deadline : 27 October 2023.

(03) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoctoral Fellow in High-throughput Biophysics (1-2)
1-2 fully funded postdoctoral positions are available in the research lab of Emil Marklund, based at SciLifeLab campus Solna in Stockholm. In the Marklund lab, we investigate how sequence information in biological macromolecules governs recognition, binding, and dynamical structure. We combine high-throughput measurements of molecular binding with simulations and quantitative modeling to gain a physical understanding of life at the molecular level. We are recruiting 1-2 Postdocs that want to use and develop state of the art methods for studying binding and dynamical structure of DNA, RNA and proteins. Scientific questions in projects can involve, for example, studying specificity in transcription factor – DNA binding, or detecting protein – protein interactions.
Deadline : 10 October 2023.
(04) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Researcher in Materials Chemistry (temporary employment)
In an ongoing EU Horizon 2020 project, samples of alpha-nickel hydroxide have been developed to be evaluated in NiZn batteries. Methods will now be developed so that larger quantities of these Ni-electrode materials and Ni-electrodes can be produced for evaluation in industrial battery types.
Deadline : 29 September 2023.
(05) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Researcher in Theoretical Physics
The position includes conducting a strong research program and interacting with colleagues and visitors at Nordita, Stockholm University, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Uppsala University, and elsewhere in the Nordic countries. The successful candidate is expected to spend significant time at Nordita, KTH, and SU, building connections between condensed matter, astrophysics and high-energy groups.
