(01) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position

Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title:  Postdoc Position: Early Christian Studies

As one of the postdoctoral researchers in this project, you will analyse how key early Christian authors depict people with ethnic backgrounds other than their own. A central question in this connection is the degree to which these early Christians rejected or reinforced traditional ethnic stereotypes and prejudices, and what these depictions suggest about the degree and nature of ethnic equality operative in their corpus. You will also engage in preliminary research that aims to uncover if and how these early Christian texts exerted influence on later ideas about race and ethnic difference.

(02) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position

Postdoc summary/title: Postdoc Position: Algebraic Topology

As a postdoctoral researcher you will work with Dr Magdalena Kedziorek and Dr Steffen Sagave on a project related to homotopy theory. The position is part of the project ‘Symmetry on the interface of topology and higher algebra’, which is funded by the Dutch Research Council (NWO). You will be expected to communicate your findings through publications in peer-reviewed journals.

You will be encouraged to take part in the activities of the algebraic topology group and the mathematical community in general, by participating in conferences, workshops and seminars. There is no teaching load; however, participation in teaching activities is advised (for up to 10% of your working time). You will mentor PhD candidates and have direct contact with undergraduate students

Radboud University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to work on ScaleUA, a Horizon Europe Coordination and Support Action focused on rebuilding and integrating Ukraine’s technology infrastructure into the European innovation ecosystem. ScaleUA involves innovation systems analysis, infrastructure mapping, governance design and investment prioritisation across three strategic sectors: energy, digital technologies and health.

Radboud University is a public research university located in Nijmegen, Netherlands. The university bears the name of Saint Radboud, a 9th century Dutch bishop who was known for his intellect and support of the underprivileged.
