(02) Postdoctoral Position:
Summary of postdoc position: My Lab has an open postdoc position to study how 2nd messenger signaling molecules alter the structure of nuclear receptor transcription factors. We recently used integrated biophysical techniques to determine the “unperturbed” ground-state structure of a full-length nuclear receptor bound to DNA. We now want to add regulatory ligands to this ground state to determine how activating or repressing small molecules (drugs and physiological ligands) alter the ground state structure of this protein. The techniques you’ll use will mainly be based on mass spectrometry (HDX and/or chemical X-linking). The ideal candidate will need to have an interest in helping others in the lab and have some skills in structural biology, protein expression/purification, SAXS, X-ray crystallography and/or mass spectrometry-based proteomics.

(08) Postdoctoral Position:
Summary of postdoc position: Our research is focused on elucidating the molecular principles underlying how distinct types of synaptic connections assemble into functional neural circuits in the mammalian brain, and how aberrations in neural circuitry underlie neurological disorders. The Postdoctoral Scholar will be a key personnel working directly on independent research projects aimed at advancing our understanding of synapse formation and neural circuit development in the mammalian central nervous system.
Deadline of PostDoc Position: Until FiIled
(09) Postdoctoral Position:
Summary of postdoc position: postdoctoral researcher to work on an NIH-funded BRAIN initiative project focused on improving induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived brain organoid systems by establishing gradients of morphogens and mimicking the contribution of supportive tissues to human cortical development. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and collaborative candidate with a Ph.D. in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, cell biology, developmental biology, mechanical engineering, or related field.
