(01) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc position in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering
Our research goal is to exploit light for communication and sensing.
For almost a century, radio frequency has monopolized wireless communication, and more recently sensing. But it is time for light to make a comeback. Light was the first means to achieve long range communication (e.g. fire towers and mirrors) and with recent advances in smart materials and optics we want it to be a pervasive means to communicate and sense in future smart cities.
Deadline : 01 December, 2021
(02) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc Systems Theory and Control Strategies for Induced Seismicity
This PostDoc position forms part of the Science4Steer project which aims to understand the effects of time-varying pressures, stresses and strains resulting from natural gas production and (re-) injection in the Dutch subsurface as a basis for operational strategies to minimise the hazard of induced seismicity. The results will also be relevant to the final or temporary subsurface storage of other gasses such as CO2 or H2 and for geothermal energy production.
Deadline : 31 October 2021
(03) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: software testing and software engineering
For this project we are seeking a software engineering post-doc interested in continuing his/her/their training in the broad area of software testing. The prospective post-doc will work in a highly international context and is expected to do high-quality research: coming up with creative solutions, working diligently to iron out all details and getting a deeper understanding, interacting with peers around the world, but also interacting with practitioners from both the open source and industrial domain to evaluate your research.
Deadline : October 25, 2021
(04) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Stakeholder Engagement in Construction
The research focusses on how public commissioners in cross-sector collaborations can improve the quality of decision-making by using substantive contributions and/or added value of stakeholders, e.g. using their information and solutions. The research will combine a theoretical approach looking into preconditions for collaborative practices and empirical research into available cases of stakeholder involvement from within and outside the construction sector.
Deadline : October 1, 2021

Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Deep Learning for Human-Robot Interaction
This project will focus on various aspects of human robot interaction leveraging deep learning methods. Robots can learn to interact with humans but also from interactions with humans. In both cases understanding human behavior is crucial. Human state and intentions are very ambiguous and uncertain, fusing information from multiple sensing and input modalities might allow the robot to disambiguate.
