(01) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position

Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title:  Research Fellow

We are seeking a Research Fellow to work on the SIPP (Safe inhalation pipe provision) project for the last 14 months of this 33 month NIHR funded mixed-method study. The SIPP study will develop, implement and evaluate a safe crack inhalation intervention to be distributed to people who use crack cocaine via drug treatment services and peer networks. A qualitative process evaluation will assess SIPP fidelity, acceptability, implementation barriers and facilitators, and contextual factors impacting outcomes. We are recruiting a Research Fellow to model the potential impact and value of developing a new generation of influenza vaccines, as well as their potential utility during a pandemic. This will require building new models and extending existing models to capture the epidemiological and economic consequences of these vaccines, and communicating results to both academic and policy communities.

(03) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position

Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Research Fellow

We are seeking to make an appointment of a Research Fellow in Health Services Research and Policy who will work on the NIHR Policy Research Programme grant ‘Post-implementation review of the Health and Care Act 2022’ conducting research into the implications of HCA22 for planning, governance and delivery of services in Integrated Care Systems in the English NHS. The post-holder will be required to engage with a range of disciplinary perspectives, to be familiar with relevant theories and qualitative research methods; and to manage their own academic research, research governance and administrative activities and co-ordinate work to meet deadlines.
