Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title:    Postdoctoral Fellow – The Moczygemba Research Group

The fellow will primarily work with Dr. Leticia R. Moczygemba, whose research program focuses on working with communities and health-systems to mitigate health disparities by developing patient-centered interventions to optimize health outcomes. The fellow will be highly involved in research design, data analysis and manuscript preparation using data from completed and ongoing studies. This includes collection of primary data in the field at community sites for a federally funded, mixed-methods project that involves implementing and testing a mobile health intervention called iCAN (Interactive Care Coordination and Navigation) among people experiencing homelessness using a randomized, controlled trial design. The fellow will also have the opportunity to work on a project that involves advancing medication therapy management in Texas. The fellow will also assist with project management which includes serving as a liaison with various community partners. The fellow will take part in training activities such as courses and seminars related to research methods, as needed, and grant writing and preparation.
