(03) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc in next generation sequencing analysis
The postdoctoral position is affiliated to different projects within our research group, and involves collaboration with our national and international partners. Many of the tasks will be affiliated to our role in the Center for Fecal Microbiota Transplantation. This is a collaboration with Aarhus University Hospital, and your part will revolve around sequence-based analyses of samples from patients suffering from infection with Clostridioides difficile, and transplanted with feces from healthy donors. Additionally, you will be involved in analysis of microbiome sequence data from some of the multiple other research projects conducted in our group. Most of the sequence analysis will be based on 16S amplicons, but also shotgun sequencing may be applied.

Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc (3.5 years) in intestinal microbiology and toxic chemicals
You will be part of our internationally renowned Research group for Gut, Microbes, and Health at DTU Food. We offer a dynamic and sociable research environment with lots of exiting challenges and opportunities. The postdoctoral project is supported by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, and will involve interaction with both microbiologists, toxicologists and chemists.
The overall aim of the project is to obtain a better understanding of the effect of gut microbial composition and activity on the intestinal uptake and metabolism of potentially harmful chemicals such as PFOS and toxic trace metals.

(05) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc in Reproductive Development and Toxicology
A great opportunity for a postdoctoral researcher with an interest in reproductive development and how early-life exposure to endocrine disruptors can cause disease. We are looking for a candidate that will join our team studying reproductive toxicity. We have projects spanning both male and female reproductive toxicology; however, this position has a strong focus on female reproduction. As the successful candidate, you will be involved in on-going projects (e.g. Horizon-2020 project FREIA) aiming at examining how environmental chemicals can cause female reproductive disorders such as infertility or POI. Strong focus will be on characterizing mechanisms of disease causation. You will join your new colleagues with several on-going projects, as well as leading your own projects that fit within the overall group strategy.

Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc in Applied Physics, Electronics, or Mechanics
The main task of the position is to cover physical aspects of the device development, including the chip, the setup and the readout. The work includes: (1) design, fabrication and testing of injection molded plastic chips with micro-optical structures; (2) construction and testing of a setup with temperature control, microfluidic handling and optical readout; (3) simulation of microfluidic system, (4) automation of setup and data analysis; (5) collaboration with other partners on system integration and evaluation using biological samples.

(08) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc in development of advanced models for structural analysis of large scale composite structures
The research position is concerned with the development of advanced numerical methods for high fidelity 3D analysis of large composite structures such as wind turbine blades with complex geometry and anisotropic material behaviour.
The postdoc project aims at advancing the state of the art in the area of cross-section analysis employed in conjunction with complimentary software such as aeroelastic simulation codes. The main objective of the project is to extend current state-of-the-art cross-section analysis software by enhancing the capabilities to accurately analyse complex shaped composite structures exhibiting longitudinal geometrical variations such as taper, twist and pre-bend.

(09) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc in Molecular & Developmental Neurotoxicity
We are seeking a motivated postdoctoral researcher to complement our team working with thyroid hormone-mediated brain development. Many environmental chemicals has the potential to disrupt thyroid hormone signaling and perturb normal brain development. Yet, our understanding of these toxicological effects are still limited at the mechanistic level, which hampers the development of robust testing strategies for chemical risk assessment. (13) Postdoctoral Fellowship Position
Postdoc Fellowship Position summary/title: Postdoc in Discovering new Catalysts in the Cluster-Nanoparticle Transition Regime
The Postdoc will work with a UHV-compatible dual magnetron cluster machine using time-of-flight mass selection. This is connected to an UHV system equipped with an Århus-STM, XPS, TPD, ISS and fast entry lock system allowing for careful characterization of cluster and nanoparticles deposited on various support materials. The sample transfer system is based on the omicron design. This dual magnetron allows us to produce small entities of oxides, nitrides, sulphides, and phosphides where some of the atoms are replaced with another metal, with the goal of breaking the scaling relations and finding new and efficient catalysts. The produced cluster will be tested primarily for ammonia synthesis in an attached high-pressure cell or in other parts of our laboratory in relation to sustainable energy conversion reactions like electrochemical HER, OER, ORR, CO2RR, NRR. In this positrion, however, the post-doc is expected to be focused on the surface science aspect of this process.
